Human Resources

  • Administering a comprehensive human resource program. This is accomplished by administering effective and consistent programs, policies, and practices while ensuring countywide compliance with applicable human resource laws and regulations.
  • Advises the county board, department heads, supervisors, and employees on issues of employee compensation, employee and labor relations, benefits administration, training and education, recruitment and selection, and workers' compensation.
  • Human Resources is a division of the Department of Administration.
