  1. Winter Snowshoe/Hike

    January 19, 2020, 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM @ Ledge View Nature Center

    Learn about the history of snowshoes and take a naturalist guided snowshoe hike in the park. Discover how the plants and animals of Wisconsin are adapted to surviving our cold season and experience the beauty of the woods in winter. This program is for all ages and abilities. $6 per person (including snowshoe rental if needed). $4 per person if snow cover is not adequate for snowshoes. Program will go ahead as a guided boot hike if weather conditions do not permit snowshoeing. Hike will be cancelled at windchills of -20F or below. Snowshoes and skis are also available for rent from the nature center everyday.
